Frequently asked questions

Will this COVR fit my phone?

Yes. Select your exact phone model from the phone selector before adding the COVR to your cart. We make the COVR according to the model selected at checkout.

What do I get with my order?

You receive the selected COVR designed for your chosen phone model and a freebie. Each design is printed to order and prepared specifically for the model you select.

Is the glass actually premium?

Our COVRS use a premium glass finish designed to give your phone a clean, sleek look while showcasing the artwork with a smooth, glossy surface.

Will the design look like it does in the pictures?

We print each design specifically for your selected COVR. Product images are provided to show the design and overall appearance; minor differences in colour can occur depending on your screen and display settings.

When will my COVR arrive?

All COVRS are printed to order and dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch in metro cities and 5–8 business days after dispatch across the rest of India. Once your order ships, we'll send tracking details by email and WhatsApp.

What if my COVR arrives damaged or I receive the wrong one?

We offer 7-day replacements for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or an incorrect phone model/design delivered. Please contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. Approved replacements are shipped at no additional cost.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, across most pin codes, alongside UPI, cards and net banking. For COD, we charge a nominal ₹99 fee on orders up to ₹499 to help prevent false orders. For orders above ₹499, partial COD is available with no additional COD fee.
