Terms of service
Welcome to COVRS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of covrs.in (the "Site") and any purchase you make through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.
1. Using Our Website
By accessing covrs.in, you agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or interfere with its normal operation or security.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order through it.
2. Made-to-Order Products
COVRS phone covers are printed to order based on the phone model and design selected by the customer. Production begins after an order is confirmed.
Because each product is prepared specifically for the order placed, customers should carefully verify their phone model and design selection before completing the purchase.
Our cancellation, replacement and refund conditions for made-to-order products are explained in our separate Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
3. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order through covrs.in, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products at the price displayed at checkout. An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed by COVRS.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, inaccurate product information, product unavailability or other ordering irregularities.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by us, the amount paid for that order will be refunded in full.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices on covrs.in are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product offers and bundle pricing may be changed, updated or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the customer completes the purchase.
We may offer different payment methods, including prepaid payment options and Cash on Delivery, depending on availability and serviceability.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most serviceable pin codes and may require confirmation before dispatch. COD orders may be confirmed through phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
For COD orders up to ₹499, a ₹99 handling fee applies. For orders above ₹499, partial COD is available without an additional COD fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a COD order that cannot be confirmed and may restrict or decline COD availability for customers with a history of refused or repeatedly undeliverable orders.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided printing has not yet started. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the product is being prepared specifically for the customer's selected model and design.
If you need to request an order change or correction, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started or the order has been dispatched.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because COVRS products are printed to order, we do not accept returns or replacements for change of mind, change of design preference or an incorrect phone model selected by the customer at checkout.
We do, however, provide a 7-day replacement for eligible issues including manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or receiving the wrong phone model or design.
Where an eligible replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

8. Product Information & Colour Variation
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions and other information displayed on the Site accurately represent our products. However, product images may vary slightly from the physical product.
Minor differences in colour, shade or print appearance may occur because of differences between individual screens and the physical printing process. Such minor variations are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.
Customers should also ensure that the phone model selected at checkout matches their actual device before placing an order.
9. Intellectual Property
All original content available on covrs.in—including the COVRS name and mark, product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, written content, website elements and other materials—is owned by or associated with COVRS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use our designs, artwork, branding or other protected content without our prior written permission.
10. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes. You must also not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security or infrastructure.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Introducing malicious software or code
- Using the Site to conduct fraudulent activity
- Providing false or misleading information
- Attempting to disrupt or interfere with our services
- Copying or commercially exploiting COVRS content without permission
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
11. Third-Party Services
COVRS may use third-party service providers to support functions such as payment processing, order fulfilment, shipping, communication, analytics and other website services.
Your use of certain payment, delivery or other third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those respective providers.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, COVRS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.
Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from an order will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
13. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including your name, phone number, delivery address and selected phone model.
You are also responsible for reviewing your order details before completing the purchase and for responding to reasonable delivery or order-confirmation communications when required.
COVRS is not responsible for issues arising directly from incorrect information supplied by the customer, subject to rights available under applicable law and our published policies.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from these Terms, your use of the Site or an order placed through covrs.in will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at COVRS's registered place of business, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services, website or applicable requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The version applicable to an order will be the version in effect when that order was placed, unless otherwise required by law.
